已经有细心的人阅读了Google Chrome的EULA, 其中关键条款如下：
11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights that you already hold in Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. This licence is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.
11.4 You confirm and warrant to Google that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above licence.
也就是只要你用Chrome浏览点什么，包括你本地硬盘上的，内部网上的，… 这些东西就免费全部属于Google啦！而且你还得向google保证你自己已经拥有了所有这些东西的所有权。
在这样的条款下，Chrome应该更名为“特洛伊木马”， 只要你安装了Chrome, 基本上你的一切都可能属于Google了。
说到Google不做恶，Chrome就笑了…

同感，而且可能还是搪塞之词。
现在的理由是：一切以英文版为准，不知道这个如何理解？
我们都知道Google搜索承诺协议在每个国家的标准都不同，怎么这次不按英文版为准呢？
还是我们太容易相信别人的口头承诺了？
关注。。。
建议所有木马都按google服务条款来，别一声不吭给我安装还不让我知道哼。。。
