Red And Green Salad


As the sumer reaches its peak, I do love strawberries and could eat them all day long.

   

I have them for breakfast, dessert, but I also include them un my salads. Here is a mix of green leaves, arugula, strawberries and caramelized pecan nuts.
The strong spicy taste of the arugula was well balanced by the strawberries and nuts.

 

The seasoning was done with orange juice, vinegar and olive oil. Delicious and refreshing.
