Spring Baking

This weekend I baked for a friend who will host a charity Easter sale to support children in Uganda.

I thought it was a good opportunity to start with some new Spring recipes.

I started with some cookies, they are of course wheat free and I chose to combine roasted pine seeds and lavender.


I then made some blondies which I flavoured with dark chocolate chips and lavender as well.


The blondies are also wheat free.


The tin is now ready to be delivered and I really hope that the baking will be enjoyed.
