Patriotic tart


It has been a busy day today at Le Comptoir as we were getting ready to say goodbye to friends going back to their home country.

I prepared again a tart with chocolate mousse.

I was planning to do something that would be thoughtful and I came up with the idea of an American flag. The strawberries would be the red stripes...

I have used the leftovers of the crust to do some Liberty cookies.

 

White stripes were made out of seven minutes frosting and the blue part is out of blueberries...
